Since I was very young I was always very curious about learning new things. I believe that every human being has unique attributes and skills that can be used to make our society a better place. 2. A few years ago I was a member of an organization as a part-time worker. In this job one of my primary duties was giving refunds to t he employees that went on business trips. My supervisor was a very nice man that treated me with respect. After six months on the job my supervisor got promoted and he left the office to work at another division in another state. At that time the head of the office became my supervisor. From the start I did not like the way I was treated by this person. She though because I was young and inexperienced that I did not deserve any respect.
